1. Roll out you icing, using the outside cutter, place over sugarpaste/flower paste, press down and 'rub'

2. Use the inner circle cutters to cut out the center

3. Using a ball tool, gentle roll over the edge of your wavy piece to create a 'frill'

4. Layer & decorate as desired
