By using the Windsor Craft Ltd website and placing an order on the Windsor Craft Ltd Website you agree to the following:
All prices are for UK MAINLAND delivery only.
All UK orders will be sent by courier or Royal Mail. Couriers will need a signature on delivery or instruction to leave in a secure place, the responsibility then is the customers.
We will post in stock orders received within 24 hrs (excluding Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Bank holidays)
Cake bases are never posted on a friday as we would not want your cake sat in a warehouse over the weekend.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
Next Day Delivery
Please note, to qualify for next day delivery you must complete your order before the 1 pm deadline and select the next day delivery option from the delivery options available. If an item is out of stock and is sent out as a back order it will be sent on standard post 48hr service
If an item is ordered that has an extended delivery eg Freshly baked cakes or special order products the order will be sent on a next day delivery once the order is available for despatch
The postage costs are calculated at the payment stage and you will be offered a range of delivery services, you can choose which one is suitable for you. Please ensure that all your contact details are up to date in case we need to contact you about your order, not providing the correct contact details may result in a delay in the delivery of your order.
Orders for goods over £20.00 are post free( UK Mainland only) for the 1st parcel upto 20kg, orders above this weight will be charged for each subsequent box.
If due to the weight or volume of your order being excessive in relation to the value, there may be additional delivery charges to be added. These charges would be at our discretion and would be discussed with you prior to despatch. Please note that this may apply large quantities of polystyrene dummies or large cake drums/boxes.
The following postcodes may incur an extra postal charge if the weight of the goods exceed 5kg if your order is postage free this additional cost will be added to your total

Delivery of over 5kg for N Ireland is £16.00
We aim to dispatch stock items within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK however this is not a guaranteed service

Goods Sent to follow will be sent at our cost
If goods delivered appear damaged or tampered with do not sign for the goods
Any order containing a SPECIAL ORDER item- The whole order will only be posted out once the special order item arrives with us.
We aim to deliver items within the expected delivery estimation, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays to the postal system due to inclement weather.
Click and Collect
Our Click and Collect service is only available when Click and collect is selected at checkout and the Click and Collect fee has been paid. If you wish to change your order to Click and Collect after placing your order please contact us on 01925 444 590 to request this service and to pay the Click and Collect fee.
Click and Collect orders can be collected 4 working hours after placing your order (during store opening hours Mon-Fri, click and collect orders placed at the weekend will be available for collection on Monday.) Click and Collect orders can only be collected from our Warrington store in Cheshire.
Damages or Missing Item
Please report all missing or damaged items by calling our customer service on 01925 444590 including details of your name, order number, date of order, items damaged or
missing . We will then arrange for replacement of
damaged or missing items as required to ensure your order is completed.
If there is a problem with your goods by means of damage or manufacture fault please dont throw the item away, even if its an edible item, as we will need to have the goods returned us so we can rectify any problems
Please note that all damaged or missing items must be reported on the
day of delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled up to the time of shipping, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is shipped. When contacting us to request a cancellation please provide as much information about your order as possible: The name your order was placed under, Your Order Reference no, your contact information.
Please note that if an order request is received after the order has been shipped it is the customers responsibility to return the order to us unopened and in a re-saleable undamaged condition with the invoices still inside. The customer is also responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to Windsor Craft Ltd. Customers requesting a cancellation will be informed if their order has already been shipped.
Any refund amount due will only be made once the goods have been returned to Windsor Craft Ltd with any costs of postage charges and damages and so forth have been deducted.
Special order items - As these items are being ordered in or being made to order especially for you, special order items cannot be cancelled once they are processed and/or shipped.
Postage is calculated on destination and weight of goods,
Any goods returned will incur a re-delivery charge if Delivery address was not correct, or customer does not arrange with the courier a re-delivery by means of attempted delivery card.
We can not be held responsible for any delays with the postal system if you have not received your goods within 15 working days we will replace the order at our cost, if you need goods before this time we can replace but customer will have to pay for goods again we will refund this amount as soon as the 15 working days are up or we receive the goods back.
If a customer returns goods, for any reason other than the item is faulty the cost of returns will be borne by the customer. Customers are required to return unwanted goods.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you do wish to exchange an item or would like a refund please contact us first in writing within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Provided the goods are returned to us within 28 days and in an unused, new condition, with all the original packaging, we will fully refund the purchase price of the item. Exemptions to this are any edible foodstuffs, Cake Boards/Boxes and polystyrene dummies/balls, DVDs & Books. Postage costs cannot be refunded for exchanges or unwanted items.
Restrictions on Goods
Items such as knives, bladed articles, liqueur chocolates, alcohol, Christmas crackers, party-poppers and similar have restrictions by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
Overseas orders may be refused or adjusted if the destination country has restrictions on the goods ordered, or where the carrier is unable to accept them (e.g. flammable substances).
