Postage

In stock items will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt Excluding Saturday & Sunday and will be sent on a recorded service

Delivery time is 1-7 days from the date of despatch, on average goods take 48hrs, this is not a guarenteed service

Free Shipping is offered when total goods exceed £60.00 This applies to UK mainland (Excludes Highlands and islands if over 5kg in weight) only. If an order requires more than one package ie goods weigh more than 15kg, subsequent parcels will be charged at cost.

If an order includes a special order item the order will be held and sent together.

If  a package is returned to us through no fault of Windsor Cakecraft or has:

* Incorrect address

* Not called for after attempted delivery

The customer will be charged for redelivery.

 Back Orders will be sent at our cost.

Goods can be sent Next Day delivery if the order is placed before 12pm for an additional charge, to upgrade to this service please call 01925 444590 with your order details

Returns

If an item Is delivered requiring a signature and the package appears damaged, check items while courier is still present, do not sign for damaged goods, refuse the consignment.

Claims for damage must be made within 7 days and either returned or photographed We will refund the return postage within reason please dont send with enhanced postage we will refund for 1st class post only

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 working days and return goods unopened and in their original packaging. The return postage cost will be met by the customer

Exceptions to this are edible goods, boards, books and DVDs

Postage will not be refunded on exchanged items

OVERSEAS POSTAGE

IF YOUR GOODS ARE OVER 15KG WE WILL HAVE TO CALCULATE YOUR POSTAGE, WE WILL EMAIL YOU WITH THE BEST PRICE WE CAN OBTAIN FOR THAT DAY
