Click & Collect

We offer a click & collect service on our website so you can pick up in our Warrington retail store. If you place your order before 12 noon (Mon - Fri only), it will be delivered from our warehouse into store and available for collection after 48 hours.

This service is totally for your convenience and we work very closely with our warehouse to ensure deliveries arrive on time.

Out of stock/Alternative items

As we are a retail store, we occasionally do sell out of stock of items which are also for sale on our website and this is due to there being a time lapse on our system updating. Regretfully this does sometimes happen but our warehouse team will usually replace an item for a suitable alternative or where this isn't possible, a refund will be offered. Unfortunately, we're unable to contact every customer in advance to advise if there's something missing/out of stock but where possible we will do so.
