Modelling Chocolate



In this tutorial you will be shown how to make modelling candy from Windsor Candy Coverings and Corn Syrup. This same method can also be used to make Modelling Chocolate by replacing the Candy Covering with Chocolate. 

Ingredients: 
-2lb Chocolate or Candy Covering 
-1 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
