Please note:  Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days as our warehouse is closed. 


Please note that deliveries are made Monday to Friday only but may arrive on a Saturday if the courier is in your area.


Postal Service

All UK orders will be sent by Courier or Royal Mail. Our couriers offer a 'leave safe' service, to instruct the courier where to leave your parcel please complete the Extra Shipping Instructions at the check out stage.

Our labelling system is fully automated for efficient dispatch of your order. The delivery address that you provide us with, is where your order will be delivered, so please ensure that you provide us with the correct details at the checkout stage.

We do not currently deliver to PO box addresses.

If a delivery cannot be made, our couriers will attempt to deliver the next working day, if still unsuccessful the parcel may be returned to us. In the case of this happening, we will automatically refund the order minus the postage cost. If the order qualified for free delivery, 4.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover the return cost.


Reporting Damages, Discrepencies &

 Missing Items

If you receive your order and their happens to be damages to your goods or anything missing from your order, this needs to be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Reports exceeding this time will be dealt with at the managers discretion. Contact us on 01925 444590 or email sales@windsorcraft.co.uk. 

If you have a delivery dispute where the courier has your parcel marked as delivered and you haven't received this, we need to raise this as an investigation with the courier, until this investigation is completed by the courier we are unable to send out a free of charge replacement. We would raise a new order for you which would be chargeable but once the investigation is complete we would refund your original order for you. Please ensure that you report any discrepancies as soon as possible so you don't experience any delays. 



Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order after placing please contact us as soon as possible. We can not guarantee that we can cancel your order if it has already been processed, we strive to provide an extremely efficient service so your order may have already been dispatched. In this case, you would have to either refuse the parcel at the point of delivery or return to us at your own cost.

When we receive your parcel back to us we will refund the cost of goods minus the postage, if the order qualified for free postage we will deduct 4.99 from the refund to cover the return postage.

We cannot guarantee that we can alter orders after they have been placed as our system is fully automated and your order will have already started to be processed.

Orders for freshly baked cakes can not be cancelled if the cakes have already been baked for the order.


Freshly Baked Cakes

Orders for freshly baked cakes really are baked fresh just for you and dispatched separately from our specialist kitchen at our Warrington store.  This means that if you order your cakes along with other items, you may receive a split delivery.   As the cakes are baked freshly to order, you are unable to cancel them once they have been baked.

Our bakery times are 8am-12pm (noon) weekdays.  Sponges are baked on the same day if they're received during our bakery times (as above).  They're then shipped by courier the following day and delivered to you on the next working day.  Any orders which are placed after our 12 noon cut off will be baked on the next working day and follow the same process.  If you wish to delay your sponge or specify a certain delivery date, please see the information how to do this which is in the description of each flavour.    

(We have a 2 day turnaround on sponges, this is for baking/cooling and dispatch, delivery is usually made the following working day.  Please bear in mind when ordering that deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.)


PLEASE NOTE: If you request a delivery on a Monday, the cake will shipped out on the Friday as our courier collections are Monday-Friday. This could mean that there is a possibility you could receive your delivery on the Saturday if the courier is in your area.


Click & Collect

We offer a click & collect service on our website. If you place your order before 12 noon (Mon-Fri), it will be delivered from our Warehouse into store the next working day before 12 noon, it will then be ready for collection. 

This service is totally your for convenience and we work very closely with our warehouse to ensure deliveries arrive on time.



Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

We always use a courier service to deliver our goods as we want the safest and most efficient method of shipping to our customers. We have secured the best possible prices from the couriers we use to be able to ship to these areas.



Overseas Customers

Postage is calculated on destination and weight of goods, you may be contacted after your order is placed to make extra payment for shipping.


European Orders - we use DPD as our courier to Europe, DPD will contact you once the parcel arrives in your country and will request a customs charge, this must be paid by the customer directly to DPD so please make sure you provide us with your mobile number and email address so we can provide the courier with this. 

All overseas customers - Please note that you are responsible for payment of duty or VAT on your order when it arrives in your country, if this isn't paid then the parcel will be returned to us. We will not be able to refund any shipping cost for returned items.

Restrictions on Goods

Items such as knives, bladed articles, liqueur chocolates, alcohol, Christmas crackers, party-poppers and similar have restrictions by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age of 18.

Overseas orders may be refused or adjusted if the destination country has restrictions on the goods ordered or where the carrier is unable to accept them (e.g. flammable substances).  Aerosols are currently prohibited from shipping outside of the mainland UK.

We are at present unable to post to Russia
