Plain Cookie Mix by Funcakes


These delicious crispy and crunchy cookies have a beautiful even texture and flat shape which makes them perfect to decorate with royal icing and fondant!

Delicious crispy and crunchy cookies are easily made by just adding butter and eggs to the FunCakes cookie mix.

The dough can also be used for as a pie crust, for example for an apple pie! Still some leftovers? Line base and sides of a spring form cake pan with cookie dough and fill with pieces of apple sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approx. 50-60 minutes (convection oven 150°C).

With a portion of 500g, you can make approx. 25 cookies of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape. Do you have some dough left? Save it in the freezer for next time. This way you never have to waste any dough!
