Excellent bread flour.

Due to lack of bread flour in the shops I preordered a sack and received it very quickly.

The results after using it really were excellent. It mixed perfectly and rose well. The loaves were a very nice consistency without large air holes and tasted great.

I am bound to say that this flour produced better bread than shop bought packets costing twice the price.

brilliant bread flour

Very Good Bread Flour

Produces excellent bread, very springy dough as expected. There are some lumps so sifting is a good idea
