Acrylic Ganache Plates

Each plate measures 5mm thick. Each pack includes 2 plates of your chosen size.

PLEASE NOTE: Each ganache plate measures 0.25" more than specified to allow for the layer of ganache. E.g. a 12" ganache plate will actually measure 12.25" - the plate will fit a 12" cake and allow a little extra for the layer of ganache.

Each set of ganache plates comes with a plastic coating on the outside, this needs to be removed before use. If there are black marks on the plastic coating this is from the cutting process and will come off when the film is removed.
