Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
- Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 500g mix, 250g butter and 190g eggs (3½-4 pcs) in a bowl. Mix for 3 minutes at medium speed to a thick batter.
- Fill a greased baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
