Massa Ticino Tropic is the “gold standard” of rolling fondant. Invented in 1963 and produced in Switzerland, it is globally appreciated for its excellent processing and sensory qualities. It is uniquely elastic, temperature and humidity resistant, easy to use and can be rolled out to a thickness of 1.5-3 mm.
Mona Lisa Massa Ticino 7kg Tropic ready to roll sugarpaste is the perfect choice for covering cakes due to its high elasticity, it will not rip or crack whilst being used, and smooths to a perfect finish. It rolls out very thinly, ensuring you use less paste and save more. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
The tropic formula can be used in any climate but holds up particularly well in very hot and humid environments.
