Instructions:

  • Combine 200g–250g of Chantélice with 200g of cold water and 200g of cold milk.
  • Whisk briefly by hand to hydrate, then whip with an electric mixer on high speed for 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  • Customise with your choice of colours or flavours.
  • Use milk only for a richer, creamier result.
  • Use water only for a lighter, more delicate texture.
